1. How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
We will complete the shipment within 1-3 working days after you place the order (excluding holidays), and you will receive a confirmation email and logistics tracking number.
2. Does it support global delivery?
Yes, we support global delivery. Some remote areas may require longer delivery time, and relevant information will be prompted during checkout.
3. Is free delivery provided?
Yes, all orders are eligible for free global standard delivery service.
4. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?
Of course! We support returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused, with intact tags and packaging. Promotional and customized products are excluded.
5. How to apply for a return or exchange?
Please send an email to info@mollytp.com, provide the order number, reason for return and product photos (if any), and we will reply within 24 hours and guide you to complete the return process.
6. How long will it take for the refund to be received?
The refund will be returned within 5 working days after we receive and accept the returned goods. The specific arrival time depends on your payment bank or platform (usually 3-7 working days).
7. What if the size is not suitable? Can it be exchanged?
Yes. We support one free exchange service (if the size is not suitable), please contact customer service to apply for an exchange. The exchanged goods must meet the conditions of unworn, unwashed, and intact tags.
