1. Return and Exchange Conditions
You can apply for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt
The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odorless, and retain the original packaging and tags
Not applicable to special clearance items and gifts (if there is no quality problem)
If the product has quality problems or the wrong product is sent, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receipt, and we will give priority to it
2. Exchange Instructions
The first exchange is free, including reasons such as size and color mismatch
Please contact us via email: info@mollytp.com Contact customer service to explain the reason for the exchange and the size or color you want to change
Exchanges are limited to the same style. If you need to exchange other products, please return the goods and place a new order
3. Return process
Apply for return via email within the specified time, provide the order number and reason for return
After customer service confirms the return eligibility, it will provide a return address and related instructions
The customer needs to send the goods back and provide the logistics order number (it is recommended to choose a trackable method)

4. Refund instructions
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will complete the refund within 5 working days, and the refund will be returned to the payment method you used when placing the order.
5. Notes
Please pack the goods properly and keep the logistics receipt to prevent damage or loss during the return process
If the returned goods do not meet the conditions (such as missing tags, signs of wear, etc.), we will refuse to refund and send the goods back
